On 17 April 2015 Guglielmo Marconi University became the first and only Italian university institutionally accredited in the United States!

CHEA – Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education, USA


The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, a national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), has certified the high quality and excellence of Marconi’s academic programs and institutional organization. This means that GMU Bachelors and Master’s will be valid not only in Europe but also in the United States, giving students new and greater career opportunities in a larger number of countries.
