5. The method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency: Inclusion is mandatory and should have the below-mentioned point. Learners to retain proof of the payment made and even notify the concerned personnel about the payment. Accounts team is authorized to give final confirmation of the transaction.
Primary Currency of Payments : AED or USD.
6. Admission & Certification Policy: Admission and provision of the certificate are subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria, clearing all dues as agreed towards the program and also providing necessary documents as specified for every program. Failure to which ISM and partners do not take any responsibility of providing any document claiming completion and attendance of the program. ISM and partners do not guarantee any credibility of validity/equivalency/recognition of qualification that may be required by different countries, education bodies or validating organizations.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Students cannot claim for any refund/reduction and management will not refund any fee under any circumstances.
8. Missed Session & Repeat Policy: ISM will not provide any repeat of sessions which is already conducted. Students are requested to refer to the recorded sessions which are available with the Academic affairs & student support for a charge of AED 100/-.
